All Pre-Order and Pre-Sale purchases are a FINAL SALE!
Items purchased as a Pre-Order or Pre-Sale are only eligible for a return if they are damaged.
What is a Pre-Order?
A Pre-Order is a window of time we accept orders several months in advance of receiving a collection. This is an opportunity for you to order and guarantee a print/style/size that you'd like, since you are placing the order before production. It also allows you to choose a payment plan with our company to make small payments over the next several months instead of one large payment. For select brands, it's requested of their retailers to refrain from sharing images of the actual prints until the Pre-Sale date. To respect their brand, the policies they've put in place, and maintain our retailer status with their companies, we kindly ask that you adhere to this policy as well. Currently, any Kickee Pants Pre-Order placed online will not be eligible for Rewards Points. Pre-Order items are not eligible for return, unless the item(s) you receive are damaged.
What is a Pre-Sale?
A Pre-Sale date (as designated by select vendors) is when a collection is posted to our site with the expectation of shipment within the few weeks following. The items posted are not considered "in-stock items" until the collection is actually received at our store. We also offer payment plans for Pre-Sale purchases as a convenience to our customers. Pre-Sale purchases are not eligible for return, unless an item you receive is damaged.
Need to cancel?
Pre-orders may only be cancelled with approval of our store owner. Please keep in mind, deposits are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel a Pre-Sale order, it must be completed within 24 hours of order placement. Orders that are cancelled after the 24 hours must be approved by our store owner, and are subject to a 20% restock fee + your non-refundable deposit.
Deposit codes/Payment Plans
When making a Pre-Order or Pre-Sale purchase, non-refundable deposit codes are offered to our customers as a convenience. After your order is placed, an invoice is sent via PayPal to the email on your order. Payment is due by the date specified on your invoice. If you fail to pay your balance in full by the due date, your order will be cancelled, items will be returned to our online inventory, and your deposit will be forfeited. If you neglect to pay for your order in a timely manner, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit on any future Pre-Order or Pre-Sale purchases.
Shipment of Pre-Order/Pre-Sale purchases is completed within 2-3 days of receiving our order from the vendor.
